Computer programmers need to keep changing things to try to justify their employment, otherwise they become overpaid maintenance workers. With manufacturers it’s all about getting consumers to buy the newest and latest toys.

I don’t mind change if it is improvement. Apple’s new look ISN’T. I hate it. The old look was elegant and warm. The new look is cold, flat, boring, ugly, and unpleasant to behold. However, many of the non-visual improvements are very much appreciated.

Count me among the refuseniks. Sticking w 6 on the pad and 4.3 on my beloved touch. The appearance is hideous and user hostile.
