Baseball players report in a couple of weeks

I’m not big into sports, but I can sit and enjoy the last 1/4 and watch ’em clobber the H3LL out of each other!

What football all the advertising of commercials, for us we are football free zone, I have better ways to stay busy.Of course watching puppy bowl will be cute. Still TV will be off. We will have a big meal early at noon so not eating at all later.

The commercials are the best part.

Someone just lost their man card

I don’t care about either. The TV isn’t going on until it’s time for Sherlock.

Final episode? They just had the premier 2 weeks ago.

I had to look up a picture of Lady Rose. Peter is right. Lady Rose is a beauty. I’m surprised they don’t have a big TV for upstairs though.

I keep getting emails about how the NFL makes tons of money but doesn’t have to pay any taxes.

Ahh, the Super Bowl…when all the football haters and sports haters come out of the woodwork. The bigger the game the louder the complaining.

I suddenly get the feeling the rest of the world doesn’t care much about Seattle or Denver.

I don’t like football, but I’m pretty sure other shows don’t even bother to put on new episodes when the superbowl is on because its such a ratings hog. They basically kicked him out to watch a rerun…well it is PBS so maybe they work differently.

The game’s kind of fun, but I’m more in it for the commercials.

Downton Abbey is just a soap opera with British accents. Give me the Super Bowl any day. Go Peyton!

And, if she has internet access, she can catch it on her computer tomorrow.

For once, Peter defies my expectations. Now I know what’s a higher priority for him.

By golly, Peter did get some of her genes.

I’ve almost finished the series on blu-ray already (there are so few episodes in a season). I got the disks from the library, and the picture is super-sharp; really the only way to bother watching Downton Abbey.

As usual, I waited until this morning to watch Downton Abbey off the PBS Roku channel, but it appears they skipped an episode. They were supposed to show the one about Robert’s birthday party, but instead I got the episode where Robert goes off to the United States. Nothing on the show made sense. Did PBS broadcast the right show on TV? I haven’t found much information about this error.
