Seems to me, I’ve seen this strip before or is it deja vu all over again ?

I know it hard not to repeat oneself, especially with humor and especially with a strip that has run as long as this one has. But come on guys ! The words trite and tiresome come to mind – only too often, lately.

The “needing attention and winning attention” comment sounds very much like yourself..Did you always have to be the “boss” when you were a kid? Are you so lonely that even the derision you receive is seen as a positive reaction?

Kind of cute, seeing how much reprimanding goes on in here … :P

Prof, the only one complaining about Aff is YOU…. on the other hand, almost everyone here wishes YOU would shut up

I usually make a point of refusing to respond to trolls, or even acknowledge their existence. I also believe that everyone has a right to express themselves in a free forum such as this, and that right should be respected by all of the readers and contributors.That being said, I draw the line at personal attacks, such as those aimed at Beviek and Afficionado by someone who apparently has nothing better to do than to start trouble. Not only did I flag her comment today for being a personal attack ( forbidden by GoComics, btw ) but have notified those in charge of monitoring the content of the comment section that in my opinion, this individual should either be cautioned in the strongest way about her attacks or be banned from contributing.

moderator@GoComics.com is the correct addo. Don’t expect an immediate reply. These guys are busy. But they take seriously the complaints and if they deem them appropriate, will take action.

Critic – troll – bully – bigot – Biggot -……………….Where does it end?

Perhaps we should ask our fearless leader who has brought all of us together.

I enjoy everything about this strip – insights into personal lives, wordy fights between those who comment and even opinions about the quality of the cartoons. It has become my daily ‘soap opera’ … Thank you all!

I remember one time Andy applied for a job as a Sean Connery stunt double… At least I THINK it was Sean Connery.

Would it be very wicked of us to remove him without painkillers? Maybe we should threaten him with needles and mirrors – stop spoiling our comments page, or we’ll inject him with needles. reverse the sentiments, and you would have the Capper (this one anyway) version of yourself…just hush up or go away, you are truly annoying….but remember…sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me…and yours dont hurt, they are just as your are…annoying…

we never had a negative comment here before your appearance at the strip’s comment section…that tells me that you are just full of negativity and enjoy dishing out strife…I now feel that is your only pleasure in life, and I am truly sad for you…I wont comment to or about you again, I just wanted you to know that you have my pity.

Good Day CAPPERS! Sorry I’ve been scarce, but as Beviek can attest, I am dealing with puzzling health issues that involve a lot of pain.However, occasionally I have the stamina to make it this far in my queue, and so I thought I’d let you know that I haven’t forgotten you.

@Afficionado:I’m sorry someone has picked you to bully. I hope you can rise above the level of The Troll you are ALEDGED to be, and ignore the venomous comments.If I could get on my laptop, I’d flag the offensive comment, but my iPod doesn’t seem to support the flag or reply function.

However, rest assured that over the years I have seen many trolls, flagged some, and ignored most. Generally, they get bored and move on, or return with a new avatar.I’ve never seen you as a Troll. I always enjoy your comments.Let’s hope that the GC moderator sees who the real Troll is here, and takes the appropriate action.

@Number SixNice to see the return of “Muggins.” (Btw I was happy at both the return of “Muggins” the other day AND your re-post of one of your “Mad Capps” in case you didn’t see.) I’m glad to read all of the comments and re-dos and classics on here. If it weren’t for grade school dropouts pretending to be “professors”, this would be one of the best sites on the whole internet!

DRY, I KNOW that Afficioado is not the Troll. Notice I said “ALEDGED” to be. In legal parlance, an allegation would be libelous if untrue. That’s an offence.
