I knew a truck driver, who, on his long hauls, would bring a box of donuts with him. He said he always got to the head of the line on the scales because of them. So, yes, donuts work.

The virtuosity of the Vorlons is debatable…. (See Season 4). Although Kosh, bless his incorporeal heart, was pretty decent as Vorlons go.

And yes, the Vorlons totally would steal parts of the universe for their own agenda against the Shadows, and leave Brewster and co. caught in the cross-fire.
