Thank God for the elephant, otherwise we’d have even more unpopular, massively intrusive bills bills rammed through like Obama(non)Care.

I’m sure the elephant’s cell phone has been monitored and an audit is coming too.

Thank God for the elephant, otherwise cartoonists would have no symbol for the massive obstructionism whereby a minority bent on reducing America to 3rd-rate status can block everything, good, bad, or indifferent, from getting through. It’s tough when only one party wants to govern, and the other’s entire program is to do nothing, “let nature [sic] takes its course,” and hope for the best. Never put a man in charge of something that he doesn’t think should even exist.

The only thing it will let through is tax cuts for the rich, more outsourcing of American jobs, and cuts to social programs (though the latter usually accompanies tax cuts for the rich).

Too bad the elephant is blocking repairs of infrastructure, creating jobs and is preventing America from remaining a great country. Another bridge collapsed in Washington state, 7,000 plus to go in Washington alone.

Instead of working on and creating real solutions to real problems, we are treated to 37 attempts to repeal health care for everyone.

There are no “communists.” Just people who want America to succeed, and those (as depicted in the cartoon) who are actively working to make sure it fails.

Sorry kiddo, your delusional conspiracy theories are just that. Just like you don’t get paid by O to agree with every single thing he does, I don’t either. I have just enough time before work to make a couple posts and read other people’s opinions.

Btw….Don’t any of your hippie friends have an extra joint they can share with you? You seem really tense.

Ghostkeeper:We have also been driven to a stalemate by North Korea, a defeat by North Vietnam, and a standoff by all the Al-Qaida affiliates, even though we have decimated the original organization’s leadership. Oh, and Somali warlords, Israeli warplanes, etc. Most Repubs still think Granada was a BIG victory! I don’t think we’ll EVER get back to leaving the rest of the world alone. And much of THAT is because both (all?) sides think THEY have the right to tell someone else how to live.

@TheTruthHurtsI MUST work harder than Mitt Romney does, because I pay a higher percentage of my income to the federal government than he does! (At least, according to the two tax returns he revealed…….the other twenty or so were apparently beyond his ability to reveal….or his courage……….) Welcome aboard to GoComics. We have a large assortment of conservatives, liberals, moderates (such as moi) , and “others.”

Now, now! One of these days those Congressional Richthuglicons will rouse themselves to genuine and effective action. And when they do, that rabble will adjourn down the National Mall to the Washington Monument where they will, as is their nature, take a hard right turn and proceed to burn a cross on the White House lawn. What fun! Just you wait and see.
