Thank God for the elephant, otherwise we’d have even more unpopular, massively intrusive bills bills rammed through like Obama(non)Care.

I’m sure the elephant’s cell phone has been monitored and an audit is coming too.

Thank God for the elephant, otherwise cartoonists would have no symbol for the massive obstructionism whereby a minority bent on reducing America to 3rd-rate status can block everything, good, bad, or indifferent, from getting through.

It’s tough when only one party wants to govern, and the other’s entire program is to do nothing, “let nature [sic] takes its course,” and hope for the best.

Never put a man in charge of something that he doesn’t think should even exist.

Oh conserveclown, is there anything you can’t get wrong?
Your job with the RNC must be pretty soft. THey pay you good money to stomp around the internet saying stupid stuff like your first in comment and you get money for almost no work and even less thought.

Keep up the mediocre work though, my guess is you are not capable of anything useful anyway so this is probably as good as you are going to do

The only thing it will let through is tax cuts for the rich, more outsourcing of American jobs, and cuts to social programs (though the latter usually accompanies tax cuts for the rich).

IF the elephant were to produce anything of quality or substance in opposition to it’s sworn enemy instead of just opposition and obstruction then maybe your argument would hold water. But as it is as little as 11% of the nation gets to dictate to the rest of the nation what will or will not be allowed. Just how is that a good thing? Oh, right it’s your ignorant, arrogant selfish and self-centered 11% that is holding the rest of the nation hostage so minority rules is good in your eyes, because it’s what you want, NOT what’s best for this country.
    .
Here’s an idea, instead of simply saying NO! and forcing essentially a shut down of government, how about you get your buddies in the HoR to actually WORK, I mean more than 2.5 days a week (and when they’re in their “home districts” don’t pretend they’re working because we know they’re not.) And while you are demanding that they put in a third day each week how about you demand they do something to serve this nation, Flat out NO, obstructions and poison pills are not work.

Too bad the elephant is blocking repairs of infrastructure, creating jobs and is preventing America from remaining a great country. Another bridge collapsed in Washington state, 7,000 plus to go in Washington alone.

You do not have to agree with or give into this president to serve the nation’s best interest. Instead of simply refusing to do anything because it might make President Obama look good, how about working for a genuine compromise? A true compromise is one where neither party is happy, but the subjects (we the people) ultimately benefit. Too bad one party wants all of the intended benefits to go to the privileged and powerful with any benefit to the people to be mere coincidence. The other party isn’t much better, but they are better. At least when they try to do something it is usually intended to benefit all, just some more than others as opposed to the first party where all of the benefit is intended for the privileged class.

Instead of working on and creating real solutions to real problems, we are treated to 37 attempts to repeal health care for everyone.

There are no “communists.” Just people who want America to succeed, and those (as depicted in the cartoon) who are actively working to make sure it fails.

I prefer Obama in charge of Gitmo to Bush.
Maybe Obama can’t get rid of it but he doesn’t think it should exist.

Sorry kiddo, your delusional conspiracy theories are just that. Just like you don’t get paid by O to agree with every single thing he does, I don’t either. I have just enough time before work to make a couple posts and read other people’s opinions.

Btw….Don’t any of your hippie friends have an extra joint they can share with you? You seem really tense.
