^Liberals just know that if you shoot a “burglar”, make sure they “fall” INSIDE the house before you call the cops. Well, actually, they know that actual “burglars” want NO PART of entering a home that’s occupied, even by a yappy little dog (that makes a better burglar alarm than ATD).
One night while my wife and I were sleeping, two men broke into our home. Since they broke in at the other end of the house, I had time to grab my gun and I immediately let them know that I was armed. I didn’t have to actually use it but I feel certain that my wife and I would have been victimized had it not been for the gun; victims to what extent we’ll never know…thank God! By the time the sheriff’s deputies arrived, they were long gone.
How many collective lifetimes of planning for an imaginary showdown with a burglar do we think America’s most paranoid have sunk into this comically ridiculous debate? It’s especially funny when you consider that guns are one of the most burgled items.

Or you could build homes unable to be broken into.

So, is this analysis of gun control proposals based on simple paranoia, galloping ignorance or plain old stupidity?
Or is the problem that the proposals make so much sense that you can’t attack them without simply lying about what they are?
