What is Roxie’s belief system? What does she still support?

Sometimes you have to look for an opportunity, and sometimes it comes to you on a silver tray. Dottie is going to have the latter happen in spades with Albert’s arrival.

Somebody should write and direct a play about the cake. With a little hip/hop and rhythm they should get the audience attention about the difference it would make if there were an alternate to BEANS . Entertain the crowds and educate them. Let the clowns have their say and leave the crowds giggling . Blessed Be

I knew we would have Al working on this as we knew he was rotating off of his 30 days. Finally called one right. :-)

Albert can corrobberate. And, what is the policy? that the council members don’t have to stay locked up for a month, and it looks like he would go to bat for, He knows the 3.plus Holly is a sweet giving mouse, and he most likely knows Maude, But don’t know if he knows Linda. but I’m nearly certain he has already seen the corruption and wants to tell the truth!

I like the idea of a play! that is a good way to get people to the advantages of the other side. I hadn’t thought about saddle shoes for a long time. I never liked them. Looking back, they are from a different time in history.

Dottie is adorable, even when she’s being the tough-as-nails, hard hitting reporter (kind of)..

And Albert returns and the plot thickens or rises as it where.

This corroboration is too easy. You just know the security rats are going to come and take poor Al away. . .and maybe Dottie too, just for good measure.

Nice pair of shoes on Albert…back in the day, I took ’em for sneakers, but now they look more like wingtips, I think. Nice mailmouse, too.

There should be a whole new group of people staffing the Council now, who would know about the situation because it was in the news before their term. They’re going to be reluctant to make things worse, unless they’re already in the bag. Velda’s going to have a harder time controlling their information and manipulating them, unless she controls the method of picking the Council members as well.

It makes me wonder now HOW stacked is the Council now? There were a few dissenters before. Al being one. IF the council is fixed. Now is it 100%.With the Council as the Jury???? Something is gonna break.Roxie believes in the original aim of the Society but not the direction it has now taken. Way too militant.Come on ya’ll Al is wearing his best dress fancy shoes. He got all dressed up for Council duty after he got picked. Casual Thursday anyone?

And spats are white covers over black shoes. These are “Buster Brown” saddle shoes. I had brown with white toes and heels. Wore them to school too. It was very popular back then.

Hmmm..I’m curious what the Society’s cause is beyond the not consuming mutant byproducts. Hmmm not eating each other would be a good thing, particularly when talking to an anthro lioness. Beyond that?

the timing could only be better if he came in screaming “I have evidence that the council is packed!”

Remember yesterday, when there was talk of a lawyer stepping forward to defend the prisoners? I have a feeling Albert just stepped forward.

If they have such things as blood transfusions and organ transplants in their world, finding eggs and milk disgusting would be a little hypocritical wouldn’t it?…

I can’t tell if the timing is ironic or coincidental or apropos. Maybe it’s coincidentally apropos in irony.

mr_shermanRead your post yesterday about geosynchronous satellite orbit. That would only cover a selected area of the planet if indeed this is a planet or their world is flat. If flat that type satellite would work but seeing as it has cycles of night and day I would suggest round and turning. So geosynchronous orbit would not be effective. That is what allowed our Al Keda (don’t want to raise alarms) to work for so long. They had the orbits timed and knew when to go out and get back in cover. I feel it is probably orbital but no one knows the time unless Mallard gets off his butt and calculates it but you would have to locate it. Dittos or camo would be the best to conceal Endtown elevator locations. The other topside settlements would be the ones under the gun so to say. Depends on what the satellite uses for surveillance visual, thermal, power grid, electronic, vibrations. We do know they use mass detectors as that is how they found the ship Marx used to fly about even when it was cloaked and not visible. Even the missiles were set to target the mass even when unseen. Endtonw may use old timey looking equipment but they are quite modern in other aspects.

So sorry, I just re-read the strip, and I missed it if anyone else commented on the first panel.. “If you are so interested in their cause, why are you ratting them out?”Mmmf, hurrrr, haw haw! Why, indeed? The rats have been “outed”, and they are not likely to go away quietly!
