See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UzEnKdBAb_o&feature=youtu.beThe conservative talk show pundits insist Bush was not responsible for the price of gas. Not the president’s job!
Saw $3.83 at a station in Carlsbad, NM yesterday. High fuel prices are raising the cost of living for EVERYONE, even if you don’t have a vehicle. I agree, STOP the speculators…but lowering costs is NOT in this administration’s agenda.
The president’s Energy Dept has publicly stated that the administration’s goal is to support a raise in energy prices so that Wind and Solar and Bio are cheaper than coal, oil, gas, and nuclear. Food is getting very expensive and will keep going up. People are suffering in the USA, Mr. President.
How can forcing us to use greener ways when we’ve spent all our money on gas, there’s nothing left to pay for those VERY expensive greener alternatives…CFL light bulbs prove that greener is not always better.
You apparently are totally unaware of Cheneys no bid contracts in Iraq to a company he once worked for and owns stock in. Hmm where did the money for those outragious contracts come from? Looks like your tax dollars, so where is your outrage…oh wait its partisan outrage…
Bush and Cheney as “oil men” didn’t set the price either, but the took regulations off, increasing the companies profits considerably, and not controlling price fixing, or the ludicrous futures market under relaxed regulation.
BtW, New Zealand, $8.40 a gallon, and most of the non-oil producing countries, about the same compared to cost of living.
Oh, yes, in west Africa, Shell and the biggies pay about 40% income tax rates, here, they get paid NOT to pay taxes.
Mikey and the rest of the Repiglican trolls ignore one simple fact. The price of gas is going up because a number of refineries are offline. Somehow the laws of supply and demand are too complex for the trolls.

you think that oil companies are going to move so they can sell oil at a lower price. Go to your next company board meeting and say.
China may be an expanding market with large amounts of money, but I bet we could sell for far less in Haiti. If you get praise please inform the world

Umm huh? You make a post like that and tell someone else they have mental disorder? Now that is funny or sad, either one…
