I know my “normal” weight and my “skinny” weight. If I’m consistently a couple of pounds above my normal weight or if it goes up more than a couple of pounds, I start watching what I’m eating (because most of the time if I’m gaining weight, it means I’ve been eating too much junk food). It’s not that hard. I also don’t weigh myself every day, just 1-2 times a week to monitor.Good morning, Cathy clan!!

LOL I thought I was the only one with a scale problem! I can’t own one because I am so neurotic. Wish I had the level head like you lightenup. Good morning.

yes bathroom scales are ugly on so many levels!!!

My bathroom scale is clear glass with little pads in the four corners, very affordable at discount store. I only weigh myself once a week, sometimes I go two weeks (especially when I know I’ve been a little naughty).

My bathroom scale is a real piece of junk that we’ve had for several years and it NEVER gives the exact same weight 2 times in a row when you step on it. It’s digital and that thing’s like the Energizer bunny: it just keeps going and going and going . . . and refuses to DIE so that we can get a newer, more modern scale that might actually work like it’s supposed to for a change. As our good friend, Cathy, would say . . . AACK!!!!!

Hi to the cathy clad almost friday yes,yes, i have my granddaughter on fri night. My bathroom scale at home says one thing and the one at the drs. office says something else.
