How many people with piercings like that know what almost everybody thinks of them when they see them? (If they did, I bet they’d pull them out right then and there.)

I see those nose piercings and always wonder how they can dig for gold with it in the way.

I can’t understand any kind of piercings, but especially tongue piercings. I wonder how many kids with pierced tongues know that tongue-piercing used to be a punishment given to runaway slaves?

Everybody I know who’s had tattoos or piercings admitted to regretting having done so later in life. I don’t care if you’re Goth or some other kind of Counter-Culture person, it’s symptomatic of a basic lack of self-respect.

Quite familiar with the Hindu goddESS Kali (Death and destruction, though other interpretations exist). Oddly, she did not come up at all when I googled “Kali-type” as well as “Kali-style” piercing
