I see the gull (or a congenial Puffin!) has already taken Wallace up on his cocoa offer.

Judging by the change in shape of the snow bank,(panel 1 vs. panel 4), Spud leaning against it in panel may cause it to collapse soon.

William “Spud” Kinsey is him a bit older and he works for the AUG in Arkham. Kinsey is a brown, blunt faced nervous Nellie. Otherwise he is well educated. He sometimes over thinks things. “Spud” after his look. Adapting him as a character in one of my story ideas.
