I don’t know. Speaking as one born in 82 I never really thought differently about girls.
2. Half expecting Ethan to realize in the Present that Phoebe is that girl who made comments about a not born daughter or being from the Future.
Just that given how the family has lived for “a year”* he’ll just be mildly surprised.
