Letting THAT thing fly around overhead is a really REALLY bad idea. I sincerely hope that some of his enablers end up finding out what that feels like. Personally. Unfortunately, he’s already shown a lot of what that’s like.
Uncaged, unleashed, and unhinged. He’s repaid the Republicans for their aid and abetting of his crimes by being a total embarrassment at the National Prayer Breakfast and his White House Rant afterwards. How’s that “learned his lesson” working out for you, Susan Collins? About the same way you gave that pass to the Frat Boy Justice for the Supreme Court?
This isn’t hard. GOP felt lying and obstructing an investigation of a consensual affair is a high crime while lying and obstructing an investigation to illegally hold Congressionally approved aid to Ukraine that is in a military confrontation with Russia is neither a high crime or misdemeanor. Clinton acknowledge day after acquittal that lying and the affair was wrong. Trump doubles down on his behavior like he did after the Mueller report hearings. Trump will break laws to win 2020 election and as Dershowitz said ‘all he has to do is say it was in the national interest’.
@elmarineno79, what planet are you from? The REPUBLICAN PARTY set the precedent of impeaching a sitting president as a political maneuver – remember Clinton?
No, it was not a “conspiracy on the part of the democrats to impeach,” it was an acknowledgment of criminal activity — high crimes and misdemeanors — committed by #45. The real conspiracy was the Republican Senators categorically refusing to have witnesses (at a TRIAL!) or listen to evidence, and then insisting on voting as if some exoneration had occurred. When someone ANNOUNCES they are refusing to hear evidence and they WILL vote to acquit – as Moscow Mitch did – that’s rather more of an announcement of a conspiracy than anything the Democratic Party did, since everything done by the House was wholly in the open.
Face it: #45 is a CROOK. He only got into office because of outside influence, as SEVENTEEN intelligence agencies have confirmed. He’s been a con man and Mob front for his whole life – and some of us have been reading about him since the 1980s. The most important business of this nation is removing him and his influence from destroying this nation and its relationships with the rest of the world. Your attempt to turn this into some kind of “personal bitterness” thing either indicates you are an ignoramus, a troll, or a traitor. Take your pick.
Maybe you (and your fellow cultists) should spend less time gloating over Mrs Clinton’s defeat and more time tallying up Mr Trump’s failings as a president, an American, and a human being.

Did you see that another republican “law-maker” from Utah wants to have Romney censured for voting against the acquittal?

Add to his potty-spot the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The spirit and history of that award have now been thoroughly dumped on.

Does not have to be a pity party of Trump haters, hopefully a rally for citizens who favor American values (remember them?).

The lies you tell yourself! Power is going to the GOP head and their days are numbered.
