The plastic sounds fantastic!
The (full sized) piano we had at home when I was a kid was an upright. No humans put their feet on it, but there was often a cat or two on top.
But that makes me wonder. Do they make toy upright pianos?
My inner woodworker is cringing.
Plastic can still get scuffed!
The wooden parts of good pianos are made of maple, spruce, and (in the past) sugar pine, not mahogany.
Next best thing? I think not.
