Nice. It made me smile. And, BTW, when I woke up last Wednesday the headache I’d had for four years was gone.

Trump is smiling too now that HIS Supreme Court has ENDED the emoluments lawsuits against him for hosting Foreign leaders stay at his properties at higher rates. They said it was just a “moot” point now that he’s no longer President. Looks like Trump IS above the law.

Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, is WONDERING if Trump gave himself and his kids a “pocket pardon” on his last day in office. Maybe The Supreme Court has work to do if so. I’m sure it’s just a FAKE RUMOR. Surely Trump wouldn’t do that . . . . . . /S

I gotta say….while I’m very glad Mr. GrumpyFrownyI’m-mad-at-you-so-you-better-be-afraid-face is gone, I do wish the Vice President of the United States could manage a smile that doesn’t look like she just won homecoming queen. Understandable after the election, but an expression that indicates an appreciation of the gravity of the position would be welcome now.

Honestly, folks, the new President and Vice-President aren’t going fix everything that’s wrong and make everything wonderful. Don’t expect it of human beings, and especially not of politicians in this environment. But yeah, by contrast with the last administration, they do look pretty good.

Where’s the Hammer and Sickle armband they should be wearing? You know, just like you did for Trump? Oh, that’s right, you’re a racist but liberal so it’s OK.

Before 2016, just “not being a delusional psychopath” seemed like a low bar for being the head of a large country. But now it’s “Woohoo! Jump for joy! The president and vice president are decent humans!”
