As a Game Master, I must say that was very stereotypical, no real video gamer speaks as if were part of the big bang theory.

Ellie needs her own personal Sam to orbit around, especially as The Hubbs seems to be paralyzed by her pulchritude. She and Sam apparently hit it off in the past, so there’s a probability they would again, given the opportunity. Since cloning cartoon characters is so easy, perhaps Bea would empathize and give her one. Sam #1 and Sam #2 has a nice ring to it, although there might be copyright issues with the Dr Seuss franchise.

The alternative is polyandry, but Sedine is way too possessive for that to work.
