One needs to control expectations of free stuff.. that guy will be wanting some spare change for a sandwich next.. give in to that and there will be no end to his requests. Best to nip it in the bud as those two wise men expressed.
In fairness to the guy who says “Get a job!”, he IS working and what he’s doing will create jobs for others. Of course there’s a good chance that the government is getting suckered and that a good chunk of the $12 million will end up in his pocket, but the government should know better.
