I have on occasion wanted to do that to a squirrel. They will leave entire shelled nuts in my yard. I don’t think they have been shopping for them in bags. They didn’t grow here. There are many, many buried acorns and nuts that don’t come from our trees buring all over my yard, and when they dig them back up, they just leave the holes for me to twist my ankle in. Other than that, I do enjoy watching them outside.
