Good evening all! Tracy finally finds the set in time to apprehend Doubleup. Doubleup, you’re all wet. I’m sure the studio will send you the dry cleaning bill for that costume. That is really stubborn hair. Even when soaking wet, it still sticks up.
If only someone had remembered to put the sharks in that tank, we could have had an appropriately gruesome death. And I hope there’s more to this arc, because right now Dick had done nothing riskier than drink the studio coffee.
Got to hand it to Lizz, though. Not only can she defeat a villain with both hands tied behind her back, but she did it with the best ankle-work since Claudette Colbert in “It Happened One Night.”
Listen, folks. I know that this is the internet, and everyone uses shortcuts (LOL, IMO) and typos are everywhere. I made one myself just a few days ago, and I did not know how to get it back to fix it. Things happen, but PLEASE:Your means it belongs to you. You’re means “you are.” To is used as “He’s going to”. Use the word too if you mean “too much” and two for the number 2.Please help to rescue the English language from complete annihilation. Thank you.
Just noticed that since the merger of Comics.Com & Go Comics , Ally Oop has as many bloggers as Dick Tracy, Must be the travel to Earth 2 that is bringing them out & everyone has as many ideas as when Locher was doing this strip on how things are going. At least I’m not the only one looking at that strip now.
Too bloomin’ late, the English language as we know it is in trouble. If it isn’t mis-spelling here on these forums it’s the stuff used in texting which finds its way into other uses. Besides, right now it distracts from watching Liz overcome a bad guy while she’s tied to a chair.

Aside from Otto’s comments about the old UPA animated cartoons, it’s worth noting that Joe Staton has illustrated the comic book adventures of Scooby Doo.
Given the story structure in this sequence, it might have been interesting if the character slated to play the part currently played by Haku Kou had been a non-comedic version of Joe Jitsu, who, as a martial artist as well as a detective, would, presumably, have been adept with a backsnake whip.
That, however, can only be speculated about, since the characters created originally and specifically for the animated series are, ironically, not owned by TMS.
