If pressing the button harder doesn’t work Arlo, try moving closer to the TV. I find it funny when people move so close to the TV, that they could have just pushed the change channel button while there.

Nope, Olympics on that channel, too….

My mouse runs on one AA battery, but when it runs out I stare in disbelief…

Take it out, roll it around, rub the contacts….put it back in…

“Aw c’mon…. you can’t be finished yet.. "

Sometimes I get annoyed with myself, and grab the battery away from myself and reprimand myself… “C’mon, just spend the dam quarter!”

He needs the button that changes the battery for him.

you can use a multimeter to test how much power is left in batteries, my husband loves doing it because he just started getting interested in the insides of electronic devices.

Remotes should have a chair side dock for recharging.

Our remote will not turn on/off the tv anymore but will do everything else..if you have it at the right angle. I think we need a new one from the cable company.

Rechargeable batteries work great!

They used to have a battery tester in the packaging. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen one with that though.

Richard… Costco!24 name brand or 48 Kirkland (their own brand) for around twelve and a half bucks.

My mouse stops in three weeks no matter what battery I use…except only two with my rechargeables…. so I buy Kirkland.

The package says they expire in about 5 years but I ask around and split it with somebody cos I don’t want to test that.

Still funny to me that I’m messing with it, talking to it, cajoling it… sitting right next to 17 or 22 fresh batteries.

Oh.. and I have a couple of battery testers…. one tells the level, and one just lights up… but the bulb is a bright red nose on a caricature of WC Fields.Neither cost more than 2 dollars.
