fb is being sued. morgan stanley is being sued. sec is investigating. and, wall street says that they don’t need regulation? WTH? and, wall street says that they need those bonuses to keep talent? since friday, fb lost 3 billion in market cap. jpm lost 20% of their market cap when they admitted that they executed a flawed hedging strategy. if you really want to invest, do not watch fox business, cnbc, or bloomberg. cnbc was still saying that lehman won’t go backrupt back in 2008. fox business couldn’t even investigate ozzie murdocks phone hacking.
I agree: it was a lot of hype to drive up the price. I didn’t fall for it, but I’m waiting to see how much it comes down before I consider buying any. I work too hard for my money.

The bigger questions are these:
1. Did Zuckerberg and Co. know that there were problems with the stock before making the IPO?
2. Did they deliberately conceal that info from the public?
If the answer to both questions is ‘yes’, they’re guilty of securities fraud.

Gee, didn’t they put Martha Stewart in jail for insider trading? Guess there’s too many to jail this time around.
You go, Radish.

Amazing everyone forgot “dot com” stocks built on NO PRODUCT, just hype and ether on the internet.

I suspect Grainbelt is well aware of what Dtroutma wrote and thus his tongue in cheek reply.
