   I wonder why it hasn’t taken effect with the PPACA? Maybe we aren’t screaming about keeping it loud enough..It’s kind of like put the public in the big pot of water and bring to a boil slowly, and then they won’t notice.

   And then add in republican gerrymandering, and what happens? American is saddled with trump/pence and congress dominated by republicans bent on destroying middle class and poor, or at least making the rich richer.

   Maybe he will quit, be impeached, convicted and tossed out of office, or some other thing when succession of pence will happen. Or, it could be just like bush and cheney. the shrubster’s public face and stumble-bum speech with cheney really calling the shots.
