Romney FIRED people, collapsed businesses by raiding their accumulated funds and collateral, then sold them off. Of all the corporations listed for “the twit”, there isn’t a single one actually “built” or “improved” by Bain. There isn’t ANY evidence, that Mitt actually took personal control of a single “growth”. Well unless the cancer to destroy businesses.

Wow, dtroutma, you are completely duped by the Obama propaganda machine. If you love Obama so much, go ahead and vote for him. The rest of us recognize who the real twit is and look forward to replacing him with Romney. Go troll the chat boards somewhere else, because you’re not converting anybody to follow Obama here.

Funny how 3 months ago the GOP was all,“ANYBODY but Mitt.”And now you think of him as the second coming of Richard Nixon. And what about that Socialist Medical Program that Mitt forced through in Massachusetts? The US doesn’t need anything like THAT, does it?

Mitt was a vulture capitalist, specializing in stripping off revenue streams and downsizing companies, worked for Bain Capital and not Bain, which was responsible for helping those companies mentioned. Mitt taking credit for those companies is as disingenuous as him taking credit for the auto bailout.

Some things missing from romney.-Destroyed Jobs-Made millions, regardless of whether a company suceeded or not.-Cost people their pensions and health insurance-47th in job creation as gov of masachusetts-Creates wealth (for himself)-Oil Subsidies-Would increase the debt by 8.8 trillion-“Severely CONservative”-“More Liberal than Ted Kennedy”-Tried to take credit for a bailout he was against (has he not heard of the internet?)-Yet to be vettedAs for Obama:-Created 3.3 million jobs-Saved millions of jobs with the auto bailout -Actually got Osama Bin Laden-Ended War in Iraq-Created the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau And I feel the need to bring this up whenever someone brings up solyndra. Oil subsidies rank in the BILLIONS. Not even close to what solyndra got.

Mitt’s "war chest’ of advisors on “foreign affairs”, are the same from “W” who got us INTO Afghanistan and Iraq, and want desperately to start a war with Iran. While economics WILL play a huge role in the coming century, avoiding WARS will be a key, as well as reducing the ludicrous amount we spend on “defense”.

Mitt = “W” = still more war, for profit, of a few, while others die. THAT is what should concern folks.

Romney’s job cuts were peanuts compared to what Obama did to GM. He gutted the company’s employment rolls. Even worse, some of its cars now being made overseas.

Ramirez’ regular supporters here keep repeating the same mantra, ‘you lefties are duped’. Maybe you and your handlers should start coming up with solutions instead of just attacking attempts by others to lead …

I know Mitt is not well liked in the Claremont area of NH after he closed Holsom, and moved the jobs to Mexico. I gusee you can say he created jobs, but not for American citizens. It’s just like his money, once he gets it, he ships it off-shore

@ Jeff – Actually jobs are rebounding, and the economy is improving, albeit not as fast as some would like. I’m not sure BO is our best hope, nor MR, I was more of a Huntsman fan myself.

My post is just to point out all the misleading rhetoric being pushed upon us by pundits on both sides. While there is probably no question MR has created wealth, that does not necessarily mean that creating wealth creates jobs, nor were those jobs created, created in the US.

MR has made statements that his company has created over 200,000 jobs, but no one has been able to verify that. I suspect that he may have created some jobs, but not necessarily 200,000 and not all of them have stayed in the US. I would concede though that he has probably saved jobs which is a positive.

Dtroutma, and your guy has done better in the ‘Private Sector’?Really, doing what, organizing?Oh right, he organized communities, that weren’t organized already, and how exactly is that accomplished?Oh, right he used to work for some outfit in NYC, so that makes him a real whizz at business, working for someone else.Listen stupid, that’s the way capitalism works, don’t like it, go down there to Cuber and become one of their over-fed citizens. And on your way, take along all your other idiot libs.If Cuber is too far for you, then try Detroit, I understand that Democrat city is doing quite well, at least to Cuber standards.

Note to HeavyB; do you really believe that our guys stopped looking for Bin Ladin when O’Buma won the election and didn’t start up again until he told them to?If you believe that, then I guess you also believe that O’Buma is personally responsible for killing Bin Ladin, but as I understand the situation, he was as safe as could be in the guess what? The SITUATION room, which is not the same thing as being on the actual scene. How stupid are all you libs? You regularly read a comic written by a conservative and then get angry at him.Truly stupid.

Conservatives will be more disappointed by a Romney presidency than liberals since once elected his sole goal will be to get re-elected and the way you do that is take liberal stands with moderate rhethoric. Forget every thing he ran on in the primaries. He did it to us in MA where he ran as a liberal and immediately pivoted to the right to get conservative votes for the presidential primaries. Why should be treat the nation any better?

I find it interesting that AMC Entertainment has just been bought by a Chinese company Wanda for $2.6B. Is that the future we’ll have with a President Romney ? The selling out of America to the highest bidder ?

Everything romney stands for is actually below g.w. bush standards…even his own party has no faith in him…their hope is if he can pull off a win he will just be another gop puppet administration.
