NUMBER SIX from yesterday (2 April). I know nothing of ‘blow’. From some of you statements I take it that you are from G.B. or ‘Energine’ as before your time. ‘…cleaning fluid Energine, which has been discontinued.’
“Yawn. I can’t believe I was so tired— Muriel, what are you doing?!”“I, uh, was about to give you a breast exam…”“Really? What about you, Harriet?”“I… thought you were in cardiac arrest and was going to give you a chest massage.”“Riiiiight. And why were YOU flexing your fingers, Gladys?”“Jazz hands?”
Click-to-enlarge image, along with a short comment about the artist, available here. This painting is one of (at least) three with the same title by this artist. Two are discussed here (has another nice click-to-enlarge image of this painting, a click-to-enlarge image of the first is available here). The author mentions the research discussed here, that says that it wasn’t really an asp that killed Cleopatra. A click-to-enlarge image of the third painting is available here, though with a more morbid coloration than this found here. All 3 show the asp in the area of her right arm, less obvious in the last. Perhaps men are slower to see that aspect of the painting than women.Second of the 4 works by this artist, that have, so far, appeared in Mr. Melcher’s blog, to appear here.
Six snake charmers in training. Not permitted to go all out and totally COBRA during training. Just getting used to the craft by working with a baby, beginner’s snake. Definitely not getting any of it, but nevertheless wowed by the obvious languor of the seventh- THE true PROFESSIONAL CHARMER because they can see the basket full at their mistress’ feet!

Good to see so many friends trying to keep a breast of the situation. (not a reference to a Jersey Shore player, heaven forbid.)

Rather serpentine comment. I prefer “Thanks for the mammaries.” Off-color? Possibly. I think it may be fuchsia.
