I used to know a guy who wore an army helmet with a stocking cap pulled over it so that the government couldn’t tell what he was thinking.

I knew a guy that wore a car air filter (the older round kind) over his head to filter out what ever. He also ate Barbi dolls.

I just handle Dill in that hat! It always reminds me the witch from muumit! He is so adorable too in that hat!
