The water droplets aare confusing. Did he just wash his paws, or did he just drink out of the toilet? The newspaper makes me lean towards freshly washed but not dried paws.

why is he wearing a bib. You don’t need a bib just drink. I thought dogs just drank out of the toilet. THIS is why I always yell at my husband for not flushing!
