He also bombed North Korea to rubble including dams and other infrastructure similar to what Bush did in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The source of the “innocent civilians with no military at all” statement was none other than Dr. Goebbels. The main person who led the popularization of this myth is Nazi sympathizer David Irving.
