Coconut meringues.My sister and her husband are supposed to be coming over for christmas eve, and they are bringing Sarah, my niece.Sarah is allergic to gluten, so flower free cookies are just the ticket for her.

Sorry I missed you Stel! I was doing some last minute things, and wrapping gifts all evening. I decided to wait until tmr. to finish up grocery shopping. Saw a friend of mine who works in the store I frequent, and she said tmr. will be a mad house as people realize how close Christmas is, SO IF I DISAPPEAR, PLEASE SEND OUT A SEARCH PARTY FOR ME!

Needless to say, tonights supper was take out from an Italian restaurant here in town, baked sub, extra hot for me, baked sub for “woozie” hubby, and ravioli and a salad for the youngest.

I’ll say Merry Christmas, since I am leaving tomorrow for home (mom and sister and family), and I won’t be in contact until at least Friday.

I miss all those mentioned too. I often wonder what happens to people who disappear here. We make friends, but really don’t know anyone personally. Yet we make such good friends.
