Just got back from the wedding a few minutes ago. Very unconventional and fun. Thanks for the good wishes everyone. (By the way–as you probably guessed–today’s comic is not based on anything from my real life. My new son-in-law definitely has my approval!)

By the way, the wedding had a steam punk theme; Caitie marched down the aisle to the theme from Star Wars; and the wedding cake was shaped like two giant gears from the computer game Myst.
I wore a suit (with a Disney characters tie), but dressing up was very optional. As father of the bride, though, I wanted to be spiffed up. Normally, I avoid suits and it has to be a special occasion. This was.
