My best friend was a hairdresser and if anyone could ever be called a “chick magnet” it was he. Now he is a massage therapist. Kind of like kicking it up a notch.
I had a longtime friend who was a male hairdresser, and had a very feminine-sounding voice to boot. In fact, he and his wife just celebrated their 30th anniversary. Just goes to show.
In China, the most feminine looking guys are the hairdressers (and there are at least 5 of them for every normal person) but they’re the biggest skirt chasers!
This guy is like Archie Bunker; he’s ashamed of his son for being something other than a jock, and doesn’t want him to date a girl who isn’t white (i.e., Blondie). Not very American of him, is it?
BTW, Louiseitis, I’ve been watching the news and there’s been no mention of the government dictating what jobs people can and cannot have. Where do you get your news from?
People who think Binkley is gay aren’t very familiar with this strip. Binkley’s never been gay, he’s just one of the first metro-sexual males to appear in media before the term was coined.
