The last time I was able to run 2 miles I was in my 20’s to 30’s. Now, bad knees and feet keep me from walking around Walmart. Fortunately, those electric carts are wonderful.
In Marine boot camp we built up to run 20 miles. Most Marines didn’t do that much… but they didn’t have Sgt Coffer and Sgt Evans in 1964.
The crying stops when you run every day.
According to Arnold, the more pain the better.
