SOME of us manage to get our heads (and eyes) up out of the political BS at least some of the time. Admittedly, that’s probably harder for editorial cartoonists who are paid to examine it…

Eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, eclipse, ….. USA is obsessed with the eclipse. Total solar eclipses happen about every 18 months (OMG).

When you confuse and obscure free speech with outright lies you get fox network and their ilk being able to sway the vast multitude of the under educated and stupid into voting themselves into slavery. Too bad that it drags down the educated and sane into their demise too.

America is dark and bleak under Joe Biden’s incompetence and lack of accomplishments.

“The White House predicted 200,000 jobs, and actually the department of labor reports a growth of 303,000 jobs. The economy is doing much better than everybody expected. It’s a good number, no question.”

maria bartiromo, fox host (emphasis on the “ho” part) struggling to find something wrong with the job growth, said, "Well, if it is a good number, is it too good?”

Sectors growing by 49,000 jobs. Back to pre-pandemic levels.

But, wait, bartiromo says the numbers are too good.

Maybe maria bartiromo needs to snort some of trump’s adderall, and start paying attention.

Bad Michael is making an appearance today.

It is bleak when the once proud party of Lincoln that had so many accomplishments:

Brought us the interstate highway system

Was the party of civil rights in the 1950s and early 60s.

That got behind the polio vaccine

Helped fund the space race

Began the EPA…

Is now the party that is held hostage to the whack-a-doodle loons that nobody else wanted in their party. And then, picked the absolute worst of us, Trump, to lead them.

Biden’s lack of accomplishments? Jeez, that is hilarious, but scary. Are you better off than you were four years ago? Did we have a recession? Do we believe in science, again? Are we respected on the world stage? Is the economy built on a solid foundation and not s**t in the rain? Oh, that’s right: Biden doesn’t tweet enough.

I’m not worried about the eclipse. We’ve spent the last 3 1/2 years in darkness.

Remind me how much was in the infrastructure bill that Trump passed. Has anyone seen his goodly healthcare bill? I could go on.

Total eclipse of the trolls.

One of the (many) things I dislike about Trump and Trumpism is that it dominates discussion. I would much rather talk about how we can work together to make the world better. Start with a robust climate program. Work towards decreasing income disparity both at home and around the world. A good universal single payer health insurance system. Now it’s your turn.

Since the morons “won” in 2016, actually!

Only the MAGA tRumpsters are in total darkness, and trying to drag the rest of the Nation into their mess.

Micheal has such a short memory.. it was a lot darker 4 years ago when trump was president. And some want to give him another chance.. sheesh

When Trump wins the White House in November I am going to stand outside on the front porch and listen to the sounds of celebration in Wyoming.
