It seems very clear to me how this is going to play out. Anybody want to lay odds on SCROTUS throwing the election?

    Absolutely.

The extreme right wing six ‘justices’ are in the bag for Trump and are doing all they can to prevent Trump from ever going to trial on any federal charges, especially the obvious theft of top secret/sensitive classified documents.

Some of those documents are STILL missing.

After seeing some of Orange Traitor’s performance at a recent rally, pretty sure the mini strokes are leading up to a major one.

It really does seem like John Roberts, who has always wanted to secure his place in history, is competing with Roger Taney (of the Dred Scott decision infamy) as the worst chief justice in US history.

Jack Smith requested the SC to hear the immunity case in Dec. 2023 on an expedited basis.

If SCOTUS actually upholds his claim of “immunity,” it will be all over. If he “wins,” he will only leave office upon his death.

If.. Roberts is concerned about the legacy he leaves, his actions will not be seen as positive for the nation.

I love how these idiots aren’t understanding that the decision was unanimous. Shows how far removed from reality they are.

Whenever you feel like the verdict was wrong, think about it as if it were the person you back. It was the logical, constitutional, and correct decision. States should not be able to ban anyone from the election, even if he is accused in a crime. Even if he has been found guilty of fraud and sexual assault. The people of the USA have to be the ones to refuse to vote for a person, and no one should not be allowed that right, even if they, by some twisted logic, choose to vote for the most vile public figure in American history. And, Trump hasn’t actually gained anything. Do you in your wildest dreams think that any of the states that were able to get him off the ballot were going to vote for him anyway?

However, from any perspective, no one can be immune from prosecution for whatever they choose to do. If the Supremes rule that Trump is immune, Biden could simply order a hit on him and eliminate the problem. Works both ways, though, and I have absolutely no doubt that Trump would do it.

‘Demented’ Trump’s public meltdowns should be ‘front-page news’: Morning Joe panel

Panelists on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” were baffled by Donald Trump comparing migrants to “Silence of the Lambs” serial killer Hannibal Lector.

Biden campaign plots to make Trump ‘go haywire in public’

Axios is reporting that President Joe Biden and his campaign are zeroing in on a strategy of needling former President Donald Trump every day with the goal of getting him to have a narcissistic meltdown.

This cartoon references the announced scheduling of a USSC review of the Trump immunity lower court case ruling, issued last Wednesday, not the Colorado disqualification ruling yesterday.

I hope people are paying attention to all of Trump’s defense arguments, none of which claim he’s not guilty, but all of which claim he should not be held accountable for what he clearly did.
