The test he keeps bragging about is a test to check old people to make sure they are sufficiently with it to not do themselves any harm, such as leaving the stove on. And it is given yearly to check for decline in mental capacity. I’m 80, so it’s part of my yearly Medicare physical. It’s largely verbal and a C student at kindergarten level would pass it pretty easily. Trump’s handlers should keep him from bragging about it as if he had qualified for Mensa, because eventually one of his opponents is going to reveal the nature of the test, and that is going to be embarrassing. Of course, he won’t remember that he was embarrassed and he won’t remember that he should quit bragging about passing such a test, so they can’t do much.

Trump seems to think a cognitive test is an intelligence test. I wonder if that’s a sign of dementia.
