Don’t worry leftists, you can still remove the bad orange man from more state ballots, Illinois did.

Meanwhile, the Supremes say they’ll hear this case the week of April 22.

Jack Smith requested the SC take on this case in December 2023 because of its criticality to the nation. We see how this group of RW tools has responded.

So far, the “not so” Supreme Court is screwing with Jacks plan!

So are all the other paid off judges in the land who got appointed by the GOP, that dispictable, unscrupulous, rogue group.

“Justice” is on holiday in America and off for unknown no one knows when it will return!

When will America come to its senses?

When the Fat@SS gets in and turns America into a dictatorship country…like his pals, Pooty and Kim-baby?

And here I thought GOP wanted LESS government? It will be an ’s for sure!

They truly do not know not what a traitor they’re voting for!

Is everyone there? I see Uncle Thomas, Scalito, Garsuch, Keganaugh, and Ancilla Barrett (the five reactionaries), so Roberts must be missing.

Remember, Biden was part of the gang that let Thomas get on the bench.

Who could have guessed 25 odd years ago that the noble Supreme Court would have sunk to such obvious political favouritism. Perhaps the start was back in 2000 with Bush vs Gore but this latest really tops the list.

I find it kinda ironically funny that the black guy on the court is the one owned by rich white guys who are his “friends”…that he’s only been friends with since his appointment to the SC. Didn’t we, as a country, outlaw black slavery?

Republican operative lawyers Peter Rutledge, Leonard Leo, and Mark Paoletta are depicted with United States Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Republican donor Harlan Crow in this painting by Sharif Tarabay. The canvas is both set at Crow’s lavish Adirondacks resort, Camp Topridge, and part of the compound’s decor. – https://news artnet com/art-world-archives/clarence-thomas-republican-donor-vacation-painting-2282167

“Crow has immortalized their time together in a painting that hangs at his home at Camp Topridge, a massive compound in Upstate New York’s Adirondack Park.

It’s a photo-realistic work that depicts Crow and Thomas with lawyers Peter Rutledge, Leonard Leo, and Mark Paoletta—all described by ProPublica, which broke the story, as “conservative operatives”—sitting in rustic wooden rocking chairs at Crow’s resort. (Leo, a Federalist Society leader, is said to have been instrumental in the confirmation of a third of the Supreme Court’s current justices, including Thomas, who faced allegations of sexual harassment during his hearings.)" – Artnet.com listed in previous comment.

Thomas [the abuser] was the first new justice on the court who had been associated with the ‘Federalist Society’. Then came Alito [anti-abortion rights, same-sex marriage, & gun control], Roberts [ultra-conservative, anti-Then trump came along and returned the court to a patriarchal majority: Gorsuch [the pro-corporate advocate], Kavanaugh [“step up” for trump, abuser, crying drunk & abuser, documentary-‘Justice’], Barret [the handmaiden],

the Society has grown and prospered in numbers, influence and fundraising prowess. Succeeding perhaps beyond its dreams, it now counts the [Samuel Alitosix conservative members of the Supreme Court among its current or former members. It has had no small role in their elevation, aggressively recruiting and promoting candidates for the bench and supporting conservative Republican candidates for president.

Peter B. “Bo” RUTLEDGE, full-time professor whose teaching and research interests include international dispute resolution, arbitration, international business transactions and the Supreme Court

Mark PAOLETTA, defense lawyer for Ginni Thomas, part of trump administration, close friend and associate of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife, helped craft the Trump admin’s legal justifications to restrict $$$billions worth of disaster aid to Puerto Rico, reportedly helped build the Trump admin’s legal reasoning behind ieffort to divert funding for the Department of Defense DoD, cofounder of Club for Growth,on the board of the AEI

Leonard LEO, the longtime vice president of the conservative Federalist Society and the operator of the dark-money network used to identify, select and shepherd conservative judicial nominees onto the court. Leo sits atop a war chest of $1.6 billion designed to influence the court in favor of conservatives.

Clarence THOMAS, no need for a short bio.

Harlan CROW, another son who inherited big bucks from his father who was once largest landowner in the US,

As for that painting by Sharif Tarabay, there is a Sioux saying:

“Follow the cigar smoke and you’ll find a fat man.”

The bleatings of anti-American trolls won’t dismiss empirical facts from sane people.
