I have no idea how anyone EVER catches the ice cream truck. By the time I hear it and get money, they are at least a block away. One time I chased the ice cream truck down in my car because my kids were so excited. Other than that, we have only succeeded if one is in a park – they stay in one place for a long time at parks.
