They probably act this way because they are supported by the knowledge that all the “legalized” gerrymandering, voter-roll purges, dis-information, SCOTUS in their pocket, individual voter challenges (in Democratic districts) and an army of emotional Magahats will get them close enough to seize the government. Misinformation. All Biden has to do is re-instate the policies he cancelled in January 2021 and border security will increase significantly. No Republican compromise needed.
Why aren’t the republicans supporting the border bill? Because of everything else that has been tacked on to it like all the other pork bloated 1000+ page long pieces of legislation Congress spews out for political showboating rather than actual benefit to the people.
