On the rare occasions I actually answer the phone, usually in error, my standard response to them is “I’m sorry the terms of my parole does not allow me to talk to you”
I put a device on my landline that intercepts all calls. They get a recording saying to dial a number to get connected. That stops 99% of the scam and junk calls.
