I track my weight daily. If it gets more than two pounds off centerline for a couple of days, I make a course correction (pun intended). I don’t worry about daily fluctuations which sometimes can be about two and a half pounds.
So, I sometimes go on “mini diets” that last a couple of days.
I put on and have since lost 1.5 pounds over the holidays.
