Once upon a time many newspapers had a Labor Section as a counterpoint to the Business Section. Of course, that was when they operated in the public interest as opposed to now where they only exist to pay off the massive debt the owner ran up to buy the newspaper.

Most entertainment TV is boss/investor oriented. The characters are almost always better off than average. The duty of consumption is a big subtext.
