I had a dog like that. The mailman once brought up my elderly mother’s bra, that he found in the front yard.
That’s how my cats feel about their harnesses.
My first dog. He’d choke himself to death (just an expression, folks) trying to go faster and never figured out that if he’d just relax, he’d be able to breathe better!
Aside from the scissors, this was what happened to me when I tried to walk a friend’s beagle. He was very dramatic.
An ASPCA agent was thankfully nearby…
