No one has had their freedom of speech abridged, just had their hate-speech bullhorn smashed. Keep on speaking, just don’t expect your hate to be heard
I ( and millions of others) have enjoyed the Dilbert strip for years largely because it spoke to our lived experiences at work. I don’t remember any of the strips as being particularly offensive themselves. Scott Adams, however, has been known to spout offensive views in the past, mostly in trade journals and comics forums. This time he was dumb enough and arrogant enough to be heard by a large audience at a time when we are very sensitive to racist speech, and he got slapped down for it. I love Caravaggio’s art even though he was a murderer, a drunk and a psychopath, and wouldn’t want to spend any time with him. I guess what I’m trying to say is that we should hold the creation and its creator separate and judge them each on their own merits, instead of burning everything down because it makes us feel righteous.

To think we’re the same age and have MBA’s. At least I didn’t use my MBA for nefarious purposes, Reaganomics kept me from using it at all.

gop think they are the high and mighty – just like the Pharisees and Sadducees of Jesus time thought. Wrong then and wrong now. Jesus despises.

Always amazes me that so few people really know what the First Amendment really means. And sometimes get fired as a result.

Dilbert has Hitler’s dab.
(That’s the best anagram I could come up with, but feel free to respond with better.)

Adams isn’t influential enough to justify two slime attacks.
