A few R.R. governors will sign into law legislation that prohibits caterpillars can’t turning into butterflies in their state unless they are adults and it will be illegal to take an underage caterpillar out of state to become a butterfly.
In one state, Lola will be charged with a crime for discussing this subject with the caterpillar, since it violated their “Don’t Say Butterfly” law.
