“Special Police Squads”…..tactics always tend toward clubs, guns, and an at least figurative noose….there’s no “Back that Blue”, except into a corner leading to prison.

I said, ‘please don’t be too nice,’” The ex president said at a Suffolk County, New York event during his tenure. “Like when you guys put somebody in the car and you’re protecting their head, you know, the way you put your hand over it. Like, don’t hit their head. I said, you can take the hand away, O.K.?.”

4 years of encouraging violent police tactics enabled cops to operate with increased impunity. We certainly did not expect them to reform did we?

Yesterday’s (1/30) toon, which many of you missed, is about tanks and schools.

What you don’t see are the police officers on each end of the rope, shaking it for all their worth.

“But we don’t have institutional racism!”

Tell that to Black motorists…go on, I dare you….

They’ll be using that line later to fashion a noose.
