People are not dumping Fentanyl over the border, Americans are demanding it and paying big money for it.

In 2021, U.S. citizens were 86.3 percent of convicted fentanyl drug traffickers—ten times greater than convictions of illegal immigrants for the same offense.

It’s funny how con-serves want to portray Biden as ignorant considering how completely stupid and ignorant dold 45 was.

Besides the other statements regarding how Fentaynl gets to the USA, ever since Biden has been President more Fentaynl has been stopped at the boarder than ever before, not less.

Perpetuating the myth that drugs mainly come across the border in backpacks carried by migrants. Apparently the truth is that fentanyl that comes across is mainly in vehicles not adequately searched, right through border crossings.

NOT TRUE. Doesn’t matter how much you want to push the narrative, it is not true.

First, CHINA is the primary source of Fentanyl into America, not Mexico. So you need to look to smuggling by sea or air.

Secondly, with the drugs that come from Mexico, 90% come through a legal port of entry, NOT by people running over the border and climbing over a wall. Individual people smuggling drugs just can’t carry the same volume as a shipping container or a truck.

But yeah, I suppose technically that’s a “border issue” too, where there needs to be more authorities at port entries searching for contraband. But you know full well that’s not what Goodwyn is implying.

If they’d check with the DEA, you would find that most Fentanyl comes over on ships from China.

From that well known liberal think tank The CATO Institute:

    https://www.cato.org/blog/fentanyl-smuggled-us-citizens-us-citizens-not-asylum-seekers

    The headlines:

    1) most fentanyl comes through legal ports of entry

2)most fentanyl smugglers are US citizens

3)Just 0.02 percent of the people arrested by Border Patrol for crossing illegally possessed any fentanyl whatsoever.

4)The government exacerbated the problem by banning most legal cross border traffic in 2020 and 2021, accelerating a switch to fentanyl (the easiest‐to‐conceal drug)

You know you’re really, really wrong when your own people present facts that show you’re really, really wrong.

Since Fentanyl seizures have been setting records lately, I wonder why the Republicans think that it is a problem. It seems that the seizures themselves that are what is causing the Republicans concern, and that makes me wonder why?

Nor does Biden care – not even a bit. Even Eric Adams went to El Paso and toured the border after Biden’s clean-up crew came through in advance of his “tour” of El Paso, and he admits it’s a BIG PROBLEM that Biden & Harris are choosing to IGNORE.

The majority of fentanyl seizures are made at normal border guarded crossings. That is also where the majority of smuggling is successful, not through holes in the fence with mules crossing the wide open landscapes of the southwest. Connect the dots is a child’s game that does not apply in this instance.

No link. None at all. The vast majority of illegal drugs entering our country come through the ports, both land and sea. They are NOT carried over the border via illegal entry.
