Unfortunately after the Friday Night Massacre (of what little character and spine he might have ever he imagined that he ever had but we all know he never did) McCarthy handed the extremists in the GQP – and that does say a heck of a lot does it not? – everything that they wanted. He caved to the depraved. It might as well be a role reversal here folks. Ugh. The next 2 years might well be what happens when you get that “May you live in interesting times” curse put on you

Funny that Gaetz, one of the few that had the guts to call a spade a spade is now a villain. Turning a blind eye to all of Kevin’s faults will not bode well for America…. or the republican party

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” Dr. Dre said.

Dr. Dre accused Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on Monday of copyright infringement after she used the instrumental of his song “Still D.R.E.” in a video shared on Twitter.

The nearly two-minute video, which has now been removed from Twitter, reportedly showed Greene walking around the halls of Congress in slow motion to his song. The video also showed Greene taking a phone call from “DT” — presumably a reference to former president Donald Trump. Lawyers for the rapper and producer sent a cease-and-desist letter on Monday, and he also weighed in with a statement to BuzzFeed News.

“I don’t license my music to politicians, especially someone as divisive and hateful as this one,” Dre said.

GOP Preemptively Strikes Down Ethics Probe Into Actions of Four Republicans

    Kevin McCarthy

The then-GOP House leader was subpoenaed by the January 6 panel after refusing to voluntarily appear before the select committee to provide information.

The panel sought testimony from McCarthy about the conversations he had with Trump before, during, and after the January 6 attack, and on claims he made that Trump admitted to him that the former president “does have some responsibility” for the insurrection.

    Scott Perry

The January 6 panel wanted to speak to the Pennsylvania congressman about his attempts to install a pro-Trump Department of Justice official, Jeffrey Clark, as acting attorney general who would back the former president’s false claims of voter fraud in an attempt to overturn the 2020 election results.

Perry is also said to have discussed with Trump conspiracy theories that Dominion voting machines were being used to rig the election.

    Jim Jordan

The Ohio congressman was subpoenaed as the panel wanted him to testify about conversations he had with Trump on January 6.

The committee also wanted to speak to Jordan about the meetings he was said to be present at in 2020 and 2021 where plans to overturn the election results were allegedly discussed.

    Andy Biggs

The panel accused Biggs of having “participated in meetings to plan various aspects of January 6,” including planning the “stop the steal” protests, which took place in Washington D.C. just before the riot at the Capitol took place.

The committee added that Biggs was alleged to have been part of efforts to persuade state officials that the 2020 election had been “stolen” and was also one of several GOP lawmakers who is alleged to have sought a presidential pardon from Trump before he left office.

’They’re doing this because a lot of their members have committed illegal acts’: Ted Lieu rails against ethics cuts

WASHINGTON — Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) attacked the Republican House officials for the budget cuts to the Ethics Committee at a time when he says many of its own members have documented ethics problems. “You cannot hire staff after 30 days,” Lieu told Raw Story when we caught up to him after a press conference by Democrats on the matter. “They’re trying to shrink the office to nothing. And it’s very clear they’re doing this because a lot of their members have committed either unethical or illegal acts. Like George Santos. They’re basically trying to protect him with this Rules package.”

Find one of Gaetz’s neighbors that hates him (thinking about Rand Paul’s neighbor) and set-up something like this so Gaetz can see it. Use it as a fundraiser.
