Assuming he’s ordering what I think he’s ordering, give him a break — a mad scientist is as entitled as anyone else to relax and unwind a bit after a tough day’s monster-making.

It also seems like a good way to streamline the process — wouldn’t it be easier to insert a brain into one of those and bring it to life, instead of spending all that time in graveyards, digging up corpses and then having to put them together piece by piece? And the original monster might also find her more appealing than what Dr. F. originally cobbled together for him as his bride!

For a typical Mad Scientist, this would not at all require drunkenness. The MS would just do it because the Thing might turn out to be useful in his “research”….
