Mike, you’re one of the best ever, but if you don’t think Biden is too old you’ve lost it as much as he has. Biden didn’t win as much as Trump lost and the Dems, and you apparently, need to fully accept that reality. As you know, being able to communicate well and forcefully is a big part of the presidents job and JB can barely put together a coherent sentence much less deliver it with power and emphasis. He should be a mensch and ride off into the sunset once his term is over.
I, too, wish that Pres.Biden were ten years younger, but he has many younger folks under him to take care of the heavy work. And the knowledge in his brain doesn’t need strength to be released.
Joe Biden does have age, but along with his age came lots of wisdom and “Know-how”. He is also a person with good moral character (unlike his predecessor). I believe he and his administration have made great strides in healing our economy and our wounds created by the idiot known as “45”. My family and I are solidly behind President Biden if he chooses to run again and extremely grateful for what he has done up to now. Thanks also to Mike Luckovich for pointing out how capable he has been despite the doubt from the skeptics!
Whatever the polls numbers are, it can be guaranteed that half of the supposed majority of voters that are dissatisfied with Joe Biden as President may prefer someone younger and/or more liberal. I for one am thankful that we have an adult in the room and will gladly vote for him again if he chooses to run. He may be a moderate on many issues, but we will never get to universal health care and all the other things we wish for by allowing GQP to run things.
Amazing how low the bar has become for so many of my fellow posters, ‘at least he’s not Trump’ is now the standard. And facing reality is not ageism, it’s realism, and if the Dems want to remain in the WH they’ll find a new candidate instead of the ancient party boss they currently embrace. Biden needs to take a hint from Pelosi for the good of the party and the country.

Perhaps he’s pointing out that we see and hear what we want to see and hear – that’s certainly what the previous commenters are doing.

At least we have a functioning country instead of the festering deadly chaos under traitor Trump the unwoke.

More like he is pushing down on the world! Mike, you really think Biden is carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders? Atlas Shrugged.

President Biden has been doing a pretty good job of carrying the world on his shoulders.

That’s about the size of it.
Notice that critics of Biden don’t actually have anything substantive to say. They’re empty rods rattling in a barrel.

Some people are never happy unless they are insulting others. President Biden is likely healthier than me, and I just turned 57.
