Considering all the effort they put into their Hunter Biden fantasy scandal, it must be frustrating as hell for Republicans not being able to manipulate the media or the public into validating that fantasy.

I don’t get Bok’s point. Which is no real surprise, but USUALLY, I can winkle out something like what I figure he must have meant.

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz confirmed that ex-CIA Director John Brennan lied to Congress about whether the dossier authored by Christopher Steele was used to authorize the Clinton Campaign to spy on the Trump Campaign as though it was a foreign entity. So did FBI Director Chris Wray and his deputy Andrew McCabe. This is a crime. So why aren’t these crooks behind bars? And why aren’t the members of the Paid Posters Brigade here and elsewhere “shadow banned” as GoComics did to me?

‘Shut down…by force’: Michigan GOP official calls for aggressive closure of public library over LGBTQ books

A Republican Congressional district chairman in Michigan is calling for the aggressive closure of a public library over the presence of LGBTQ books, Bridge Michigan reports. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s office indicated it has opened an investigation into threats made by Shane Trejo, Michigan’s 11th Congressional District Chair, against the Patmos Library in Jamestown Township, Mich.

Since the spy chiefs said that it’s a non story, it makes sense for responsible journalists to not focus on it. It’s intentionally misleading.

Republicans are dumb.

If the laptop has any evidence of wrongdoing, the FBI will refer it to the Department of Justice. You know Garland would have to make a point of being fair and investigate it fully, and if President Biden tried to interfere, you have a story.

According to CNN:“The FBI took possession of a laptop that is purported to belong to Hunter Biden. Investigators subpoenaed the laptop in 2019 from a computer shop in Delaware, CNN previously reported.

A law enforcement source has told CNN that the assumption is that it is Hunter Biden’s laptop. But the FBI is still working through the content and the integrity of what is on it, because it was not in Hunter Biden’s sole possession the whole time before it was handed over to the FBI.

It’s unclear whether the laptop and its contents are relevant to the ongoing criminal investigation into Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, primarily in China, CNN previously reported. Federal prosecutors in Delaware are working with the FBI and IRS to examine multiple financial issues, including whether he and his associates violated tax laws and money laundering laws."*

Since the FBI has reportedly had the Laptop for a year and a half, and nothing has come of it, one wonders why the Republicans continue to vent their spleen.
